Notice of Public Hearing and Planning Commission Meeting
April 20, 2015 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED COUNTRYSIDE COOPERATIVE FEED MILL, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING and UPDATES TO TOWN COMPREHENSIVE PLAN – 6:30 p.m. A Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Red Cedar Town Hall, E6591 627th Ave., Menomonie on Countryside Cooperative’s request for a special exception permit to construct an animal nutrition feed mill, propane storage, and a grain drying and storage facility with road and rail access on four parcels located north of I-94 and south of the railroad tracks between Co. Rd. B and Co. Rd. E in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ and in the NE ¼ of the SW ½, S16, T28N, R12W. A Planning Commission meeting will be held immediately after the Public Hearing to discuss the proposal and take possible action on a recommendation to the Town Board, and work on ordinances and revision to the current comprehensive plan. A quorum of Town Board members may be present to gather information; no town business will be conducted nor action taken at this meeting by the board
