All rezoning, special exception, or CUP requests must be heard before the Town Planning Commission and require a public hearing before a recommendation is made to the Town Board. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. The required fee is $350.00, or as indicated on the town's most recent Table of Fees.
